About

I am one of the lucky ones. I found joy in my work. I have also found out a lot about myself along the way. And that’s what I want for others. For us all to find our distinct voice in the crowd.

For the past twenty years I honed my craft working in global roles for the world's most iconic brands, adidas and Apple. More recently I rounded out my ‘A’ portfolio as the CEO of Amoreile a disruptor in the health and wellness space.

It all began on the retail floor with Adidas. A decade later I was the first female executive to report directly to the board. A highlight was conceptualising, launching, and building Adidas NEO from zero to a €1.4 billion brand.

Curiosity led me to take a giant leap across the Atlantic to accept a newly formed position as Managing Director Channel at Apple. Here I led a team responsible for developing how the world’s most valuable brand turns up globally in its non-owned channels. As a team we completely reimagined how Apple turns up in its partners’ marketing and environments.

More recently I was CEO at Amorelie, a leading sexual wellness brand. Taking the reins from the founder, I was tasked with transforming a quirky start-up to a grown-up with a clear exit plan, sell!  I focused on revisiting and resetting the brands’ purpose, clarifying the vision, setting a 5-year strategy, and developing the leadership and culture. Central to my corporate success has been the belief in finding the human in organisational chaos.

I am not known as a wallflower, or a “yes” person. I am known for my relentless curiosity, which drives me to ask the difficult questions, and offer honest answers. I have a passion for finding the hero in everyone, a drive for results and a temperament for the toughest of challenges. And I am naturally very curious to learn about yours…

I am a Brit by birth. I hold a double degree from Trinity University, Leeds in Theology and Media Studies. I enjoy travelling with my son, particularly seeing the world through fresh and innocent eyes. I am a passionate music lover, Karaoke Queen, a budding contestant for the Great British Bake Off and love to stay physically active so I can enjoy more of my baking creations.
