I recently had the opportunity to support thermondo for their Brand Festival in Berlin. It was a momentous occasion, the team had not come together in 2 years, 650 people present.
The management team recently launched their new heat pump, were sharing the launch details and their strategic approach to live their purpose of ‘Together for climate neutral living’.
My role was to support them in their story telling and presentation, I worked with each of the presenters in creating their stories and how to present them to the audience. The team did an astounding job, told such fabulous stories, brought tears to our eyes. I was so proud of the work we did.
A few tips are tricks ||
- All stories linked to the purpose of thermondo ‘Together for Climate Neutral Living’ ensuring relevance
- Each story had a personal slant, enabling connection to the audience
- The stories were simple and focused - with ebbs and flows
- Practice, practice, practice. In the mirror, in the car, on the bike, to family, friends, even the dog. Refining as they went.
- On the day, deep breathing exercises, comfortable clothing and ready to rock and roll
They nailed their messages, had fun with the audience and surprised and delighted everyone in attendance.
